ABOUT ME

I grew up on my family’s organic dairy farm in a small village in Hampshire. For as long as I can remember I have always loved fashion: colours, textures, fabrics, the sense of fun in bringing it all together to create a cohesive outfit. But I never realised it could be a proper 'career'.

After moving to London and graduating from university with a Journalism post grad, I quickly realised that working in fashion was not only a 'real job', but also the only path for me. After multiple internships at magazines and newspapers, I eventually got my first Fashion Assistant job. I worked hard and over subsequent years I was lucky enough to work at some of the world’s most prestigious magazines, including Vogue, Tatler and Vanity Fair, and with the best stylists in the world. I worked on styling teams with A-list actors, supermodels, Grammy award winning musicians, and travelled the world. It was an incredible time and I learnt so much. But the draw of home never went away and 15 years – and three children – later, we are now back living in the village where I grew up.

Moving home was the best thing we ever did. Our children are thriving being in the countryside and near to family, and I’m able to focus on what I really love doing: personal styling. I find so much joy in helping someone grow in confidence and become the best version of themselves just by the way they dress.

I style men and women and work with different ages, body shapes, sizes, and budgets. You don’t need to spend a fortune to change the way you feel about yourself and how to dress. In fact, much of the time my clients have most clothes they need already – often tucked at the back of their wardrobe and forgotten about! You might just need some advice on which styles are best to compliment your body shape, how to pull pieces together into an outfit, or where to find those perfect jeans that suck your bum in – and that’s where I come in. I have also worked in TV for several years, dressing presenters and elite sport personalities for shows for The Premier League, The Champions League football, Wimbledon Tennis Championships, International Rugby, and Goodwood Motor Racing, to name a few, so I am well practiced in finding a good suit!

For me, there is nothing more rewarding than empowering my clients to learn the skills and knowledge to shop and dress for themselves with style and confidence. I also understand that with busy lifestyles, demanding careers, or rushing around doing the school run, sometimes we simply don’t have the time to prioritise our wardrobe – so let me help.
